What are the different between HOME VA ISP and Private VA DC?
Home VA ISP is routed with a RESIDENTIAL NETWORK, hence the speed will be slower compared to Private VA DC, but our Home VA ISP DCs have better quality which works similar to residential proxies.
The rate of HOME VA ISP getting banned is lot lower compared to Private VA DC Proxies.
I just bought DC proxies! Where do I start?
Please go to the 'Data Center Proxies Setup' and follow our guide to succesfully authenticate your IP if you bought either our EU DC, VA ISP, or Home ISP. After that, click on the 'copy' button to copy your proxies and paste them into your bot.
If you have bought our captcha proxies, they do NOT need to be authenticated. You can paste them directly into your bot and they should work.
Will my order be delivered instantly and where will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered instantly through our dashboard under "Datacenter".
Why are some sites like Finishline, JDsport getting 403 error? Are they banned?
No, they are not banned. This errors happens when we have locked a specific site to avoid the proxies getting banned.
Please join our Discord and check the channel #dc-proxy-status. You will be able to see which sites are locked. When there is a drop, there will always be an announcement in that channel which states which sites have been unlocked for the release.

Why is my proxies speed so slow?
You are required to use a server in order to get a fast internet speed, even if your location matches the proxies location, it will not give you super fast speed as it gives when using a server.
Is there a way to avoid my proxies from getting banned?
Avoid running low delay for restock, keep them above 5000 - 7000 ms and above.
Avoid running the same proxies on the same site provider. For Examples : Footlocker US, Kid Footlocker, Champssports, Easybay. All these sites are categorize as footsites, PLEASE DO NOT RUN MORE THAN 1 FOOTSITE AT THE SAME TIME WITH THE SAME PROXIES.
What are differences between datacenter and residential proxies?
Do you offer refunds or replacement for banned proxies?
No, we do not offer replacement or refund when your proxies got banned.
